Ponder is a space to slow down, turn inward, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness to support emotional clarity, self-awareness, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.
